Our dear friend and my classmate Ranabir Sen (NP 1963) passed away. May his soul RIP.He was a great Cricketer and a gentleman.

We are very saddened by the passing of Ranabir, a famous cricketer and sportsman of Saint Joseph’s College , NP. He was a great cricketer loved by all North Pointers and feared by Paulites and Hermonites. He was also a great sprinter and popular sportsman. We will all miss his charming personality and great style.

All of us in UD knew Ranabir because as a LD boy, he made the NP Cricket 1st.Eleven!! He was such a neat, gifted player, yet quite unassuming. RIP!
