Commitment to Our Alma Mater

A Generous Contribution by Mr. Ashok Sadhwani (Batch of 1971)

We are deeply honoured to acknowledge the generous contribution of Rs. 2.5 lakh made by Mr. Ashok Sadhwani, a proud alumnus of the Batch of 1971, towards the development of the Alumni Rooms at St. Joseph’s School, North Point. This contribution stands as a testament to his enduring love for his alma mater and his unwavering commitment to the North Point fraternity.

Mr. Sadhwani currently serves as the President of the Global North Point Alumni Association (GNPAA), the international mother body uniting North Pointers across continents. A dynamic leader and visionary, he has played a pivotal role in the creation and growth of GNPAA, which has quickly become a strong bridge between the school and its global alumni network.

In recognition of his sterling efforts in fostering unity among alumni scattered across the world and his organisational acumen in coordinating global alumni gatherings, Mr. Sadhwani was rightfully awarded the prestigious Father Van Memorial Gold Medal in 2024.

A man of action and foresight, he has also been instrumental in the establishment of the interactive GNPAA website, a significant milestone that now serves as a comprehensive hub for alumni engagement, news, and archival resources. This digital platform promises to be a valuable asset for the school and its former students for years to come.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ashok Sadhwani for his continued support, leadership, and generosity. His contributions—both material and inspirational—will leave a lasting legacy in the corridors of North Point.
