Contribution towards Alumni Rooms – Rs. 2.5 Lakh
A Note on My Contribution to the Alumni Rooms
My journey with North Point began in 1952 and continued until 1960, years that shaped my character in ways I only came to appreciate much later. The school remained an anchor in my life, which is why I returned as UD Sub-Prefect in 1966–67, and once again as Prefect in 1976. Each phase deepened my connection to the institution and strengthened my sense of belonging.
With this enduring bond in mind, I am glad to contribute towards the Alumni Rooms. These spaces represent more than infrastructure; they embody continuity, memory, and the shared spirit that unites every North Pointer across generations. It is important to me that the alumni community has a place where conversations can flow freely, and where the past and present meet with ease.
My hope is that the Alumni Rooms will become a meaningful point of connection for all who return to the Hill. If this contribution helps create a space that brings people together and keeps the school’s legacy alive, then it feels like a fitting way to honor the institution that has remained part of my life for so many years.
