Grand Blow-Out NORTH POINT Reunion in Honor of Canadian Jesuits -  Toronto

Friday, July 18 - Sunday July 20, 2008

During this historic event, the North Point Alumni will stand up to honor and pay our full respects to the Canadian Jesuits for their long-serving dedication for having provided us with that crucial primary and secondary education. This will never be forgotten all the way to Darjeeling. Fr Van Walleghem and Fr Bill German will be the chief guests.

Friday, July 18th
- Arrival in Toronto Comfort Suites., 200 Dundas East. Optional dinner at Casey's Grill and Bar. Meet at reception desk at 7:00 p.m.
 
Saturday, July 19th
-  Morning walking  tour of downtown Toronto with visit to CN Tower. Meet at hotel front desk at 10:00a.m. (Torontonians urged to guide us). Lunch at  Pickle Barrel Deli on 312 Younge, near Eaton Center. Phone: 416-977-6677.

-  7:00  p.m. - Canadian  Jesuit honorarium dinner at Mandarin Buffet, 2200 Younge Street, corner of Eglington. Phone: 416-486-2222 ($40.00 per head to cover dinner and honorarium plaque). Drinks not included.
 
Sunday July 20th
-  9:00 a.m. Group coach tour to Niagara Falls.

-  7:00 p.m. Farewell Dinner in Toronto (Sinodian - Calcutta Chinese cuisine) hosted by Chuck Wong ('75) to be held at K.C. Yap's place, 5001 Finch Ave East, (SWcorner at McCowan), Chartwell Place, Scarborough, Ont M1S 5J9, Telephone:  416-335-9758 and 905-940-4148

The raison d'etre for this event is to historically recognize as Alumni the devoted education services of Canadian Jesuits in Darjeeling back on their own soil.
