ACCOMMODATIONS RESERVATIONS FORM

  1. Accommodations Reservation Form below is to be completed and submitted.
  2. Room rates are net, inclusive of Tax and American Breakfast and bookings must be made through the Reunion Organizer (Joan Sarasin)
  3. Hotel reservation acknowledgement form issued by the 2nd Darjeeling Reunion Organizer will serve as a confirmation for accommodations.
  4. Guaranteed hotel reservations at Bangkok (Bossotel and Manahatan) hotels or the Imperial Mae Ping hotel in Chiangmai will be through payment of a one night non-refundable deposit when your credit card will be charged by June 1st, 2005. The balance of room nights will be charged upon check-out.
  5. Cancellation of a room received after June 1st, 2005 will incur the loss of the one night room deposit. However, a replacement may be accepted for this room.
  6. Note: if arrival flight information is not provided, your room in Bangkok or Chiangmai may not be ready for check-in upon your arrival.
