Here in Delhi we were fortunate to be able to get-together with Fr. Van and other North Pointers, both and College, on Sunday 18th April, at Kamal Meattle's lovely bungalow. All thanks to the gracious hospitality of Kamal (College, ca '61) and his wife, and the efforts of Kamal and his personal office staff.
 

About 35-40 school and college alumni, including a few spouses, some of then fortunately Darj-Kalimpong, were present. Two sr Loreto-ites, ca '61 and '64, were also present. The Dhatts (he, school '61 to '70?)came in from chandigarh, and Khusru Engineer came in from Bareilly. Practically a 'Darj in Delhi' get-together!
 

Senior-most alumnus present was Ms. Chokhila Iyer, India's former Foreign Secretary, (College ca '59-'60), followed by Khusru Engineer (school, '61 final yr batch), yours truly (school, class 10 of '62), and Shilabhadra Banerjee (school, school '64 final yr batch). Jr-most were a few young men who had just finished Cl. 10 in 2003! KK Gurung, (school final yr class of '63, and my class-mate of '62 in Fr. Bauwens' class, we also had Monishi Sanyal and Dinyar Devitre) had come in from Darj - runs a travel agency there.
