Dear North
Pointers,
The Home in the mountains beckons you, and I
welcome you as the Rector and fellow North Pointer.
There is never a day when an alumnus does not
visit us. It is a pilgrimage of one’s lifetime like the salmon returning to
their home upstream. They come and live their dreams of yesteryears, walking the
flagstones and listening to each pillar in the quadrangle telling their tales of
bygone years. It is indeed sacred and spiritual to return and relive once more
those carefree boyhood years and stare once again at the majestic and eternal
Kanchenjunga.
Do make every effort to make this individual
pilgrimage and let us gather together with friends and family in the week
beginning the 12th of April 2010 for this Happy Reunion.
