(For Non-Locals other than alumni of India, Nepal, Bhutan and Sikkim)
 

  1. You can complete the registration process in 2 ways: a) ONLINE: Complete the form below and click on Submit. b) FAX or EMAIL: Download this Form, (to download, click here) print it on your printer, complete and return the form with payment details to conven@asiaaccess.net.th / Fax No. (66-2) 237 5190.
     
  1. An Acknowledgement Slip for Registration Fees will be  issued by the Bangkok Reunion Secretariat and sent to you as confirmation.
     
  1. Cancellation Policy on Registration Fees – Please note that we will not accept a cancellation of registrations fees but a replacement will be accepted OR you can donate your registration fees to the Reunion Fund.

Accompanying Person/Spouse/Family Rps. 6,500

1. Complimentary transfer to and from Bagdhogra Airport/Siliguri/......../......./ to Official Reunion Hotels two days before and two days after the Reunion – March 25th & 26th and March 30th & March 31st and for all official programmes at NP

4. Welcome Dinner, Farewell Dinner, Dinners on March 27th & 28th, Concert at NP
5. Open House at LCD/LC/NP/NP College and Alumni Meetings
6. Joint Alumni Meeting

Onsite Registrations - LCD/LC/NP/NP College/Accompanying Person/Family can purchase tickets for individual social events/stage production at Rps. 1,000 per person for each social function and Rps. 500 for each Alumni Meeting

NOTE : Registration fees must be paid before accommodation at the 12 official reunion hotels can be booked/confirmed

*Accompanying Person/Family can purchase tickets for individual social events/stage productions –  prices to be finalized.
