in BLOCK letters or type.
Official Reunion Hotels have been reserved for the 3rd
Darjeeling Reunion. All room rates are net, inclusive of Tax and
Breakfast and bookings must be made through the Bangkok Reunion
Secretariat.
Hotel
accommodations at all Official Reunion Hotels are assigned on first-come-first-served
basis AFTER payment of the Registration fees.
Hotel
reservation acknowledgement issued by the Bangkok Reunion Secretariat will
serve as a confirmation for accommodations.
Guaranteed
hotel reservations at the official reunion hotels will be through payment by credit card
only of Rs. 5,000 (fixed amount for all hotels) and is non-refundable. The balance of room nights as booked
by the participant will be charged upon check-out by your respective
hotel.
A room
reservation for which a one night non-refundable deposit is paid cannot be
cancelled but a replacement will be accepted.
Accommodation reservation replacement or cancellation must be advised to
the Bangkok Reunion Secretariat in writing

if arrival information is not provided by the deadline of March 15th,
2007, your room may not be ready for check-in
upon arrival.
